I finally took my first step towards purchasing my first home by contacting Victor and Suzanne after reading their website.  They in return took a very warm approach of getting to know me and my family via emails and phone calls.  Victor even called long distance to my mother in Florida when she had questions about the houses we were viewing.  Knowing that I work full-time, home school and run a family business, Victor promised I would not have to do much paper work until necessary.  As he did practically all of the work so that I wouldn't have to take time from my busy schedule, he would often (but gently) remind me that he was to do the work and worrying for me.  He was true to his word and rather dynamic at the negotiations.  Don't go with a "2nd rate" real estate agent; trust the experiences of Suzanne and Victor and you won't be disappointed.  The extra efforts this team took amazed me and pleased me as a client.  They searched out homes and even visited them before calling us out to view any of them, Victor drove to meet me when signatures or faxes were needed and Suzanne occupied my toddlers with games or walks around the area so that my husband and I could have a distraction-free look at the homes.  In the end even my Mom commented how lucky I was to get so much attention and coddling from real estate agents as she explained that she never received such attention in her home buying experiences -- ever.    Phillip and Claudine de Nava - Marietta, GA
